- Consult with potential grant sponsors, public service programs and corporations on research design, methodology and feasibility

- Publish findings in peer-reviewed publications

- Translate findings to consumers (media, public, parents, coaches, athletes, etc.)
- Nutritional counseling to optimize athletic performance, health and recovery
